Information for International Participants
We are approaching September soon and we thank you for the increasing numbers of participants. It is exciting and an honor to be part of the Holy Spirit s movement in the Asia Oceania region.
There are couples of new updates that we have for you.
Venue
For better arrangements and facilities, we have decided to move the conference venue to Via Renata and Delamare in Puncak resort area. It is located in the mountain site with great view and superb weather. The venue, which can take 800 delegates, has good conference facilities and friendly surrounding for comfortable stay. With this much better advantage, the cost remains the same!
Conference Fee/ person ( for overseas participants )
1 room with 3 person biaya USD 250/person *
1 room with 2 person biaya USD 500/person
1 room with 1 person biaya USD 700/person
*Rooms
Due to change of venue, there will be a slight adjustment to our room arrangement. The quadruple rooms (consist of 4 people) are changed to triple rooms (consist of 3 people). With this new set up, please let us know if you have adjustments in your roommates arrangement.
The Fee includes
Cancellation fee is USD 100.00 per person.

Important Notes:
Countries Identity
To reflect the nations represented in the conference, there will be a program where each country delegates can show each country s identity through simple national costume. We therefore encourage you to bring your national costume – or maybe simple traditional ornaments of your country to wear.
There will also be flags parade so that everybody can see the Asia Oceania countries where the Holy Spirit is working tremendously today. We will pray for the countries and they will be represented by the national flags. For this reason, we invite you all to bring your national flag with the size of 73x98 cm.
